Kodiak Island Photography Workshop - Late Summer 2025

What is this Workshop?

Join me in Kodiak, Alaska during peak bear season for an epic, unique, and unforgettable experience! While Kodiak is home to the largest brown bear subspecies, Kodiak also hosts some other amazing wildlife that we’ll get to photograph including: Bears, Eagles, Foxes, Sitka Black Tailed Deer, Ermines, Puffins, Gray Whales, Orcas, Sea Otters, Sea Lions, and even so much more. This workshop has a high emphasis on bears and wildlife, however we will spend time capturing Kodiaks Iconic Coastal Landscapes and Seascapes, Lush Green Forests, our stunning Boar Harbors and even a chance at Aurora Borealis. You’re going to want to bring your cameras, drones, wildlife and landscape lenses!

What are the dates? To get the most consistent days with bears in Kodiak, Mid August- Mid September are the best dates. The workshop will be held from August 18th, 2025-September 21st, 2025. There will be 5 separate weekly workshops, limited to 6 people per week. You can choose from the following dates: August 18th-24th, August 25th-31st, September 1st-7th, September 8th-14th, and September 15th-21st. ** this is currently set for 2025, if this workshop reaches 70% bookings, I will also host 2 weeks in 2024.

How much does this cost? The price per person is $6,500 for this 7 day workshop. ** 50% due at booking, the other 50% is due 90 days before the workshop begins
